Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Day Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will monitor patients, administer medications, document progress, and collaborate with the supervising RN to ensure high-quality care.

Starting pay ranges from $30.49 to $33.40 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and benefits including PTO, holidays, vision, a 401(k) match, and more are provided.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or completion of approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.
• Ability to document patient progress accurately and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, and observations.
• Provide reports to Director of Nursing to support updates and actions.
• Assist in managing wounds and skin lesions and communicate with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as requested.
• Ensure compliance and complete Medicare documentation.
