Job summary

Liquid Church is seeking a Worship Coordinator to lead the worship and production team at our New Jersey campus. The part-time role supports Sunday services, attends Tuesday office meetings in Parsippany, and maintains an 18-hour weekly schedule with non-exempt status under FLSA.

You will work under the Campus Pastor and collaborate closely with the Worship Experience Pastor to craft engaging worship experiences, coach musicians, and ensure smooth production operations each week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on a Worship Team at a church of 250+ attendees; leadership of a Worship Team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus in Worship on Sundays.
• Direct and support the Worship Team and Production Coordinator.
• Prepare the team with communication, resources, and support.
