Responsibilities

• Visits company worksites weekly to interact with employees and build relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for problems of employees and families.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals for employees and immediate family members.
• Offers resources and coordinates referrals for life issues.
• Notifies families about death or serious injuries and supports grieving employees.
• Supports new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
