Responsibilities

• Visit worksites regularly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in funerals and provide post-termination care when needed.
• Coordinate referrals to specialized resources.
• Represent employers in ministry-related matters with clients and employees.
• Support new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
• Respond to executive leadership requests within agreement terms.
