Job summary

Tyson Foods in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Chaplain (Part Time) to provide emotional, spiritual, and pastoral support to team members and their families at the Sedalia Plant. Qualifications

• Must be an active member in good standing with a local faith group.
• Ordination preferred; denominational endorsement encouraged.
• Experience in pastoral care or workplace chaplaincy is preferred.
• Ability to address workplace-specific challenges and support diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, personal contact with team members at the worksite.
• Provide support during life events such as illness, hospitalization, death, births, marriages, and major milestones.
• Offer short-term pastoral counseling and refer to external resources for long-term needs.
