Job summary

Francis Tuttle Technology Center is seeking a part-time Work Skills Trainer for the Project SEARCH program. You will support student interns at host worksites, coach them through job tasks, and help with resumes and applications.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and the ability to drive between sites. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, with strong communication and organizational skills valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, internet) essential.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support for student interns at host worksite rotations.
• Assist with job development, resume creation, and applications for interns.
• Communicate with the Project SEARCH instructor/coordinator and attend meetings.
• Maintain job coaching paperwork and progress evaluations.
