AT&T in Brandon, Florida is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach, guiding options and building relationships.

You’ll work 9 am–9 pm including weekends, with 24 hours weekly; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to reach goals. This role offers uncapped commission opportunities and a competitive starting salary.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving products and customer needs.
