Job summary

AT&T in Daytona Beach is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers explore the latest devices and services. You’ll apply a consultative approach to recommend options and drive sales on the floor.

You’ll work 9am–9pm including weekends, with comprehensive training and uncapped commissions when goals are met. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; strong communication helps you connect with our communities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40 weekly hours with seniority-based schedules2 weeks in advance.
• Help customers meet and exceed goals; training and coaching are provided.
