Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Mountain Brook, AL is seeking energetic, relationship-oriented part-time Sales & Client Service Representatives. You will welcome clients, understand wellness goals, and confidently recommend memberships and packages to support their health journey.

Responsibilities include driving sales, building client relationships, and scheduling visits while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales, membership, retail or client-service experience preferred.
• Strong interest in health and wellness and helping others improve quality of life.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; dependable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and create an exceptional experience.
• Convert first-time clients by explaining services and memberships.
• Drive individual and team membership, package, and service sales.
• Guide clients with personalized wellness plans and recommended frequencies.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to schedule visits.
