Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Mountain Brook, AL is seeking energetic, relationship-oriented part-time Sales & Client Service Representatives. You will welcome clients, understand wellness goals, and confidently recommend memberships and packages to support their health journey.

Responsibilities include driving sales, building client relationships, and scheduling visits while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales, membership, retail or client-service experience preferred.
• Strong interest in health and wellness and helping others improve quality of life.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; dependable and organized.

Sales & Client Service Representative

Restore Hyper Wellness® | Mountain Brook, AL

Are you passionate about health and wellness and confident in sales? Join Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook, voted Best Wellness Center in Birmingham in 2024 and 2025, and help people improve their health, recovery, performance and overall well-being.

Our locally owned Mountain Brook studio opened in December 2021 and serves hundreds of clients each month. We're looking for energetic, relationship-oriented part-time Sales & Client Service Representatives who enjoy helping people while also being motivated to achieve sales goals.

If you enjoy meeting new people, asking great questions, recommending solutions and confidently closing a sale when you've identified the right fit, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships: Welcome clients, learn their wellness goals and create an exceptional experience
• Convert first-time clients: Understand their needs, explain Restore's services and confidently recommend appropriate memberships and packages
• Drive sales: Achieve individual and team membership, package and service sales goals
• Guide client wellness: Help clients develop personalized wellness plans, including appropriate services and recommended frequencies
• Become a Restore expert: Develop strong working knowledge of Restore's services, products and wellness benefits
• Follow up: Proactively communicate with leads and clients by phone, text and email to answer questions, schedule visits and support membership growth
• Support member engagement: Help existing members maximize the value of their memberships through appropriate services and consistent rebooking
• Support studio operations: Schedule appointments, process transactions and help maintain a clean, welcoming and professional studio
• Represent Restore: Embody our values and create a positive, energetic environment for clients and teammates

Studio Work Hours:

• Weekdays: 9:30 am-7:15pm
• Saturdays: 8:30 am–5:15 pm
• Sundays: 11:30 am-4:15 pm
• Flexible part-time scheduling - day shift or evening shift

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of successful sales, membership, retail, hospitality or client-service experience preferred
• A genuine interest in health, wellness and helping others improve their quality of life
• Comfortable initiating conversations, making recommendations and asking for the sale
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Coachability and willingness to learn and consistently apply Restore's proven client-engagement and sales processes
• Comfortable using POS, CRM and scheduling technology
• High school diploma required; college coursework or equivalent relevant experience preferred
• Availability for required afternoon/evening and weekend shifts
