Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team; execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and upsell.
• Work as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager/Key Holder.
• Process transactions, merchandise shelves and price products.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store appearance and loss prevention standards.
• Take on additional duties as required.
