Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members for our member service team. This role emphasizes selling memberships in a commission-based environment, reaching out to leads, and promoting the benefits of IR saunas and our studio membership.

You will set reservations, schedule follow-ups, and ensure guests feel relaxed and welcome while tours are conducted and questions answered. Evening and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain 30%+ sales conversion with prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.
