Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Fishers is seeking energetic, confident team members for our member services team. Evening and weekend availability is required; part-time hours are 12-15 per week. You will engage with customers, promote IR saunas, and help with reservations in a fast-paced, wellness-focused studio.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Part-time 12-15 hours per week.
• Must have consistent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a team-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.
