Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share the value of our technical fabrics, and connect with the community while upholding the brand culture.

Responsibilities include dynamic floor presence, accurate transactions, and collaboration with team members to ensure outstanding service and store operations that align with lululemon’s values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience and customized purchase solutions.
• Deliver product education and share the brand story authentically.
• Engage on the sales floor and execute omnichannel programs effectively.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform tasks to present products, restock, and keep a luxury environment.
