Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will share top-quality product education and connect with guests through authentic storytelling about our community and culture.

You will work on the shop floor, assist with transactions, support omnichannel programs, and uphold a luxury store environment. Prioritise inclusion, teamwork, and personal accountability as you help guests move through their journey.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation as required by local laws.
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest experiences and engage with guests to understand needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Execute end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and serve store needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Maintain store presentation, restock, destock, and keep the environment clean and luxurious.
