Job summary

AllOne Health seeks a part-time Wellness Coach to guide EAP coaching sessions, focusing on physical wellness, stress reduction, fitness, and nutrition. The role includes on-site presence as needed and travel to corporate client locations in Denton, TX.

The coach will deliver motivational interviewing and personalized coaching to improve client well-being. The position services 30-40 hours per year with potential to expand to additional client organizations through virtual trainings and coaching

Qualifications

3+ years wellness program development, coaching and implementation experience.
CPR, First Aid and AED certifications current
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Local travel to Denton, TX corporate client locations as needed

Responsibilities

Guide clients through coaching sessions with motivational interviewing and client-centered approach.
Present educational information on health and wellness topics to clients.
Maintain timely, respectful communication with clients and document notes.
Provide wellness coaching for corporate clients on and off site as needed.
Travel locally to corporate client locations in Denton, Texas.
