Job summary

AllOne Health is seeking a part-time Wellness Coach to provide health and wellness coaching to clients, primarily virtually, with onsite support as needed in Denton, Texas. The role involves guiding sessions, delivering wellness education, and expanding coaching to additional client organizations over time.

The position requires a Nationally Recognized Health or Wellness Certification, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized health or wellness certification or related certification.
• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years wellness program development and coaching experience.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through coaching sessions with a focus on physical wellness, stress reduction, fitness, and nutrition.
• Present educational information on health topics in a clear, respectful manner.
• Maintain timely, accurate notes and enter data as needed.
• Serve as a key wellness coach for corporate clients on and off site.
• Travel locally to corporate client locations in Denton, Texas.
