Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• One year previous customer service experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent required before start.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Wellness Center to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment.
• Assist members with questions and issues; encourage participation in programs.
• Provide equipment instruction and promote engagement in YMCA activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Wellness Center and assist with staff orientation.
• Understand and demonstrate emergency procedures and complete incident reports.
