Job summary

YogaSix is seeking a part-time Membership Sales & Service Associate (Wellness Advisor) to deliver an exceptional in-studio experience, assist with new membership sales, and retain current members. You will help guests with class selections, answer questions, and process memberships and merchandise purchases while fostering a vibrant YogaSix community.

This is a year-round, part-time position with opportunities for advancement, including studio management and teaching roles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
• Previous work experience in fitness, wellness or retail preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred. High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, booking them into their first class and closing the sale.
• Warmly welcome all guests to the studio, learn about their goals and background to help with sales and retention.
• Be knowledgeable about the studio's classes, memberships and pricing.
• Make calls to invite new students into the studio, follow up on their class experience and present membership options.
• Enter notes and follow up tasks in the studio management system.
• Sell in studio merchandise.
• Assume responsibility for constantly improving your sales skills.
• Ensure studio cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
