Job summary

YogaSix Doylestown in Newtown, PA is seeking a part-time Membership Sales & Service Associate to deliver an exceptional in-studio experience, assist with new membership sales and member retention, and help guests with class selections while transacting memberships and merchandise.

The Wellness Advisor focuses on personalized service to build a vibrant YogaSix community, with year-round part-time hours and opportunities for advancement into studio management and teaching positions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in fitness, wellness or retail preferred.
• School diploma or higher; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead to class booking and sale.
• Welcome guests, learn goals, present membership options.
• Be knowledgeable about classes, memberships and pricing.
• Make calls to invite new students, follow up on experience.
• Enter notes in studio management system.
• Sell studio merchandise.
• Maintain studio cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
