Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of field welding experience: Pipe Welding, Structural Welding (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW/STICK, FCAW).
• Plasma cutting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety procedures and industry standards in welding.
• Support student growth and professional development.
• Motivate and engage students with an interactive classroom atmosphere.
• Evaluate student progress and provide clear feedback.
• Prepare students for successful welding careers.
