Responsibilities

Prepare on-site coordination for Religious Education sessions and events, including setup, supplies, and hospitality.
Maintain event calendars, planning documents, registrations, RSVPs, and communications with vendors and families.
Coordinate with program staff to ensure instructional materials and resources are ready for events.
Plan, organize, and implement events and seasonal programming with the Director of Religious Education.
Represent the program professionally at events and build positive relationships with clergy and volunteers.
