Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student and family records.
• Manage registration processes and databases.

• Track tuition payments and issue billing reminders; ensure current fees.
• Collect and verify sacramental certificates and maintain confidential records for parish archives.
• Coordinate logistics for retreats and sacramental liturgies; prepare lists for liturgies.
