Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking a part-time Dispatcher to support Shuttle Services at Fort Wainwright, with Saturday and Sunday shifts 2:30-8:30pm and additional afternoons up to 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities include assigning vehicles and drivers, taking calls from Soldiers and families, tracking ridership and mileage, entering data in government tracking systems, and coordinating with drivers to meet mission requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of dispatcher experience or related field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assign vehicles and drivers based on trip requirements and user needs.
• Answer calls from Soldiers, Family Members and Retirees and relay missions to drivers.
• Enter daily data into the Government tracking system and monitor ridership and miles.
