Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking a part-time Shuttle Bus Driver to operate on Fort Wainwright. The role involves transporting clients and personnel, assisting passengers, and performing pre-trip vehicle checks. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance with regulations is required.

The position is roughly 29 hours per week, with duties seven days a week as needed. Candidates should have experience driving in Alaska winter conditions and possess a valid driver's license with CAC eligibility for base

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Five years of driving in Alaska winter conditions or comparable winters.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain a valid driver's license in good standing; CAC eligibility for base access.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients, trainees, or personnel per schedule.
• Assist passengers, including disabled individuals, onto and off the vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and fuel, oil, water checks as required.
• Adhere to DOT and Shuttle Service regulations and report incidents promptly.
