Riverstone Retirement Community in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server to create joyful dining experiences for residents across casual and fine dining settings. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve a full range of courses with warmth and care.

No prior work experience is required, and you’ll gain real-world skills while supporting a caring community. Fast onboarding and on-site work offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff.
• Obtain required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State rules may require a work permit; guidance provided by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menus, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water, and setting tables.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming, cleaning the salad bar, and performing other tasks.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support tasks as assigned.
