Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server for The Boulevard Senior Living in Saint Peters, MO. This role supports dining room service, greets residents, and helps create a warm, home-like environment for residents.

Shifts are Fridays and Saturdays, 6:30am to 2:30pm. The position requires standing, light lifting up to 50 pounds, and a friendly, energetic attitude to enhance residents’ dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• English proficiency at a minimum of 8th grade.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room and foster a friendly environment.
• Buss tables, prepare service areas, and maintain clean dining spaces.
• Assist with meal service, including prepping tables and rolling silverware.
• Observe residents' dietary habits and report changes to supervisors and Wellness.
