Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a part-time Security Officer for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 0700-1900) in Manassas, VA. You will safeguard visitors and employees by enforcing health regulations, conducting patrols, and reporting hazards.

The role involves access control, incident reporting, CCTV operation, and coordination with security leadership. Prior customer service experience and strong observation skills are essential for maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in retail.
• Excellent computer, math, language and reasoning skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Occasional local travel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies.
• Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in the building.
• Report incidents to the security management.
• Operate CCTV and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate timestamps on videos and camera views.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance operations.
• Notify leadership of system malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
