Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities on phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Observe and report hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols.
• Report incidents to managers.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety personnel.
• Operate CCTV and ensure timestamps.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance activities.
• Notify VP in case of long outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
