Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Clarksville, TN. Pay is $20/hour base with up to $2/hour performance bonus, totaling up to $22/hour. Schedule is 16-20 hours per week, Friday through Sunday availability is required, running 7/27/26 to 11/01/26.

You’ll advise shoppers on Starlink internet products, act as an expert, and provide a positive customer experience in a retail setting. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Own a smartphone with current iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet internet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs as the subject matter expert.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
