Southeastern Integrated Care Llc in Southern Pines, NC, is seeking a part-time Residential Support Staff for Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00am–4:00pm. The role supports adults with MH/SA disabilities, delivering psycho-educational interventions and recovery-oriented care in a residential setting.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness, independence, and community inclusion, documenting activities and coordinating with medical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Paraprofessional/Associate/Qualified Professional credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in a Human Services field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Provide psycho-educational and supportive therapeutic interventions.
• Support residents with daily living and skill-building activities.
• Comply with HIPPA/ confidentiality requirements and SEIC standards.
• Document services and client-related activities accurately.
• Coordinate with pharmacy for MARs and prescriptions delivery.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities as needed.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to monitor progress.
• Follow PCP/service plan and participate in team meetings.
