All opportunities at 21HHS require field visits to patients' homes; remote work is not offered unless specified.
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and address patient needs in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. Your goals include restoring function, preventing disability, and helping patients reach their maximum performance within their capabilities. You will evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs, and supervise PTAs as per regulations.
Annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 plus a $10,000 quarterly bonus. Promotions to PTII with higher pay and bonuses are available based on performance.
