92NY Birthday Parties | Gymnastics, Parkour, Sports and more seeks a Birthday Party Lead Coach for weekend shifts. You’ll lead active, age-appropriate fun for kids ages 2-12, creating memorable party moments while keeping safety top of mind.

Training is provided and no gymnastics prowess is required beyond being great with kids. Part-time weekend role with a rotating monthly schedule based on bookings; no minimum hours, flexible shifts, supportive team, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 2-12 (strongly preferred).
• CPR certification required within onboarding period; training provided.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable being "on" in front of groups.
• Great at keeping things fun and structured with a calm, clear voice when needed.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and quick on your feet.
• Interest or experience with gymnastics, parkour, sports, dance, movement, theater, or coaching.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead birthday activities in gymnastics/parkour/sports and more; we will train you on our setup and flow.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times (headcounts and clear boundaries).
• Bring the party vibe: warm welcomes, big energy, and positive engagement.
• Communicate with team before/during/after events to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with basic set-up and reset for the next celebration.

Job Responsibilities Include

You’ll help create "best birthday ever" moments by leading active, age-appropriate fun for kids ages 2-12, think movement, games, obstacle courses, and big energy.

In this role, you will:

• Lead birthday activities in gymnastics/parkour/sports and much more - we will train you on our set-up and flow.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times (hello, headcounts and clear boundaries).
• Bring the party vibe: warm welcomes, big energy, and positive engagement.
• Communicate with team members before/during/after the events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Experience, Education, & Skills Desired

You do not need to be the world's greatest gymnast or sports coach; you do need to be great with kids.

Work Environment & Requirements

Part-time weekend role - Saturday and Sunday.

Monthly rotating schedule based on party bookings with year-round opportunities.

No minimum hour requirement - pick up shifts that work for you based on availability.

Per Diem Compensation Range

$25-$28/hour

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
