Qualifications

• High School Diploma (associate degree in human services preferred).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice preferred.
• Experience in mental health or forensic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support patients on Mental Health Watch with therapeutic activities.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans with the clinical team.
• Engage in non-clinical interactions to augment therapy and safety.
• Document patient interactions and behaviors in logs and charts.
• Participate in relevant meetings for hand-offs and care planning.
• Adhere to policies to maintain a safe, therapeutic unit environment.
