Advanced Health Care is seeking a dependable Laundry Technician for part-time weekend shifts. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across resident rooms, common areas, and offices, and handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.

Responsibilities include sanitizing bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, changing bed linens, and disposing of waste in accordance with infection control guidelines.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in interactions with residents, their families, and staff.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens and personal items.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies as needed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; remove dust, dirt, and debris.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery; mop hard floors.
• Change bed linens and make beds.

• Inspect and report maintenance issues observed during cleaning rounds.
