The position offers a two-shifts-per-week schedule (two 8-hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday) with starting pay of $15 per hour, reflecting our commitment to dependable, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in healthcare or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to accommodate various dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during preparation and service.
• Assist in menu planning to meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with culinary aides and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages or needs.
