Job summary

Heritage Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Weekend Concierge to help create a welcoming environment and support the community culture. You will greet residents, families and staff, and assist other departments as needed.

This part-time weekend position requires CPR/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication. You will manage tours, messages, files, payroll, and ensure move-in materials are ready for admissions while upholding Cascade Living's

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time.
• Ownership attitude and ability to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour.
• Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Manage, maintain and process payroll.
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
