DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a part-time Baker Associate to start early mornings, bake our iconic bread, and assist with serving guests. The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability and excellent customer service on busy weekend shifts.

In addition to baking, you will help maintain a clean, organized bakery, follow safety protocols, and assist with menu items and shift duties. Growth opportunities exist for motivated team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as baking manual.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and maintain friendliness with efficiency.
• Effective communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Bake bread according to the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow location par list for daily bake quantities.
• Keep bakery clean and report equipment issues.
• Use safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to portions.
• Set up deli products and maintain kitchen presentation.
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches for customers.
• Provide friendly, upbeat customer service.
