Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.
• Familiarity with data and spreadsheets, including organizing and summarizing findings.
• Familiarity with SEO.
• Willingness to work independently, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks and projects.
• Strong communication skills and well-organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and compiles regular website analytics reports (monthly, semester, annually) using Google Analytics.
• Monitors Google Search Console for search performance trends and issues.
• Builds and maintains dashboards on Looker Studio for stakeholders.
• Conducts periodic website content audits and identifies low-traffic pages and broken links.
• Identifies trends in user behavior and content performance.
• Assists with campaign tracking and prepares summaries of findings.
• Collaborates with web, design, editorial teams to translate data insights into actions.
• Handles other special projects and related duties as assigned.
