Job summary

The Graduate Center of the City University of New York is seeking a Non-Teaching Adjunct to support an academic or administrative department. This part-time role covers fall, spring, and summer hours across multiple semesters.

Responsibilities include data-driven engagement, design of giving pages, digital marketing planning, donor metrics, CRM accuracy, and event support. Bachelor’s degree is required; Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data management, analysis, and interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven donor engagement and tailored communications.
• Design responsive giving pages based on analytics and best practices.
• Develop a digital marketing strategy and email plan with leadership.
• Create and monitor metrics for donor and alumni participation in GC programming and messaging.
• Ensure precise CRM records of activities, events, and alumni interactions.
• Assist with donor and alumni events and evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
