Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in the Dallas area is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to collect doorstep trash and recycling at assigned apartment communities, working independently.

Evening schedule Sunday–Thursday (7:00 PM – approx. 9:00 PM) with compensation of $530 biweekly plus paid holidays. Qualified candidates should have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfort with walking long distances and climbing stairs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
