Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for a Dallas-area apartment community. You will collect trash and recycling from doorsteps, transport to dumpsters, and help keep communities clean. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and work outdoors in all weather.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance are required. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – approximately 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
