Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal, LLC is hiring a Valet Trash Technician for evening shifts in the Haslet area. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling at apartment communities, transport to dumpsters, and help keep the grounds clean.

The role involves outdoor work, walking, and occasional stairs, with safety done on a personal basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Good time management and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Job Location: Haslet Area(287) - TX 76052, Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – Approximately 9:30 PM

Pay: $370 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck not required(highly recommended)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
