Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a reliable Valet Trash Technician in the Haslet area (TX 76052). The role is evening work, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM to about 9:30 PM, with biweekly pay and paid holidays.

You will collect trash at apartment communities, assist with recycling, and help keep properties clean. The job emphasizes independent work at assigned communities across the DFW metroplex, requiring a valid driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have smartphone with data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Pay: $370 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck not required(highly recommended)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
