UPS is hiring a supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set and maintain high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and cooperation.

This role requires proactive leadership across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with staff and customers, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and government requirements in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising teams in a production/warehouse setting.
• Strong communication skills across levels and roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard warehouse software.
