Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Package Handlers in a busy facility. You will train, develop, and coach teams to meet safety, production, and attendance goals while maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include managing resources, promoting a positive team environment, implementing development plans, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and develop workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster cross-functional cooperation across levels.
• Implement personal development plans and provide required training.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements at all times.
