Job summary

UPS is seeking a leader to supervise Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and maintain high standards for safety, production, accuracy, and customer service within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role focuses on providing innovative leadership, fostering collaboration across levels, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures while promoting continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Availability to work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and ensure safety, production, attendance.
• Train and develop workgroups; maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
• Foster positive team environment and proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation and safety training, evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies at all times.
