Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee package handlers, lead safety and productivity initiatives, and drive high standards in accuracy and customer service. The role involves training teams, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises package handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Implements personal development plans and training for staff.
