UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, training teams, and maintaining high standards in accuracy and customer service. The role emphasizes proactive coaching and cross-functional cooperation to improve efficiency across the department.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and a strong command of Microsoft Office, with a preference for candidates who have management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication and fast-paced warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and safety policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred; management exp. preferred.
