Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Ensures attendance, submits timecards and tracks performance.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Conducts group meetings and coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure duties are completed safely and timely.
• Upholds UPS's ethical standards and code of conduct.
